Business problem: Our biggest customer – and we are still struggling to solve their problem!

Scantron’s (formerly Spectrum K12 School Solutions) special education tracking & compliance tool was designed to help some of the nation’s largest school districts better serve their students. This compliance tool, however, featured stubborn performance problems that left the company struggling to meet their customers’ needs.

Motifworks’ response

After contacting Motifworks, Scantron was able to demonstrate to their customers that they were taking the right steps to solve the problem. Motifworks analyzed the SQL server, reproduced the issues and identified the root cause, resolving their critical issues. Using Agile methodology to show incremental improvement, Motifworks maintained constant communication while developing long-term fixes until all issues were fully resolved.
